Compassionate Inquiry is a remarkable therapeutic method developed by Dr. Gabor Maté which allows you to explore your emotional and mental experiences deeply. It focuses on revealing hidden patterns and beliefs that may not be serving you. It helps you explore what is beneath the appearance we present to the world. Through CI we can learn about the unconscious dynamics that run our lives and start to achieve understanding and liberation from them.
I provide a safe and nurturing connection where you can genuinely be your true self and ignite personal growth! In essence, Compassionate Inquiry aims to help you understand and embrace yourself and others with warmth and compassion. You get to write a different ending to your story.

Compassionate Inquiry is a somatic (body focussed) and mindfulness based process.
As a practitioner I will guide you to notice what is happening in your body, sensations, impulses, emotions or subtle shifts in energy. Through this process unconscious beliefs and emotions can surface with more clarity and understanding. We follow the thread of what is real in the moment rather than staying in the story of the past.
The aim is not to relive trauma but rather, become aware of the ways it still ives within us. By making what is unseen, seen, we can reconnect with authenticity, presence and choice.
By slowing down and exploring what is present you will recognise core beliefs and how they may be shaping your everyday experiences.
